this is the sequence fly....Frank wasn't backing off the 24/7. The VOD was written up a while ago as not an option for QTN in place of 24/7.....Frank held out. He won. He's getting his 24/7. Now he gives VOD 'free'...yup someone finally woke up...it's the carriers....QTN will go free with VOD as long as they get the 24/7 and the advertising revs attached to those....brilliant? Nope! Just plain ole fashion good business sense...the guy is brilliant
