zit -- I was gonna stay out of this, but this ridiculous post by you leaves me no choice but to become involved

you proclaim 'months ago, i made a deal not to post on tornado's alley, and abided by it.......' -- as you most certainly are aware, zit, that is a shameless, bald-faced lie -- as the moderator of Tornado Alley, I know that I have never requested or imposed, and that there has never been, any such a 'deal' -- until I decided 2 weeks ago to (ask Matt to implement a) ban (of) you from Tornado Alley, you were always openly invited and entirely welcome to post there (see http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7081191 ) -- and in fact, as you yourself have openly acknowledged ( http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7072703 ), I had previously gone well out of my way trying to work with you in hope of actually encouraging you to post there

re your nonsensical and by now obsessive blather re tpbbls's supposed 'balatant plagiarism' ( http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7167392 ) -- I'd guess you're the only one around who doesn't 'get' that she's never claimed original authorship of everything she posts -- though she could do a better job of it (in particular in terms of including source links in her topical posts), she generally does include at least some source information in her topical posts that aren't her own words -- and it's beyond absurd to assert that she claims as her own creations the many and often quite funny, bemusing, insightful and/or incisive jokes she shares just because she generally doesn't provide source information for them

re your nonsensical and by now obsessive blather re tpbbls's supposed 'spamming' (e.g. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7167392 ) -- the posts she makes are at least nearly always within the topic areas of the boards where she makes them -- and no iHub rule whatsoever says, per se, that a person can't make (substantially) the same post on more than one board, so long as the post is on-topic on each board where made -- I've always welcomed and encouraged her participation on my board, as I did yours until two weeks ago, in both instances whether or not any given post made on Tornado Alley had been or was subsequently made on another board -- and I strongly doubt she's ever violated the very clear terms of the quite explicit rule against spam set forth in the board info for Zeev's Politics

and re your comment yesterday ( http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7167392 ) 'her own board where nobody goes' (and your prior similar comments re my board) -- for some time, out of over 3,500 iHub boards currently, tpbbls's board Rants and Raves has consistently been in iHub's 100 'Top Boards' (as has been my board Tornado Alley) -- and in this connection, you could also compare your 'PeopleMarked By' to hers (or mine) (. . .)

deal with it, zit, you disingenuous 'free speech' hypocrite -- it is not your place to decide or dictate where tpbbls, or indeed where anyone else, 'needs' or should be allowed to post -- the utterly transparent reality here is that you have recently been relentlessly personally attacking tpbbls in particular, in any way/on any basis you could think to do, simply and solely because her posts and point of view don't fit your 'agenda' -- if you agreed with her posts and point of view, no doubt you'd be a big fan of hers -- and in this connection, your latest personal attack on her in this post of yours, to wit your wildly presumptuous and condescending 'p.s......i realize that she is very lonely, and has no life', could hardly be more untrue -- I know her, and i know that she's anything but 'lonely' -- entirely apart from her considerable contributions to/activities on iHub and her ongoing interactions with her many friends here, she has a loving husband and family and many friends and a richly active and varied life and life experience, notwithstanding the certain challenges she does face -- and btw, if you have been aware of the challenges she faces, then I'd suggest a case can be made that you should be terminated simply for that crass ADA remark you made yesterday ( http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7167392 )

finally -- re your 'i just attempted to stop the pollution, that's all' -- now that's downright pathetically clueless of you, zit (and btw, yet another nifty embedded soundbite, way to go) -- whether you have any self-consciousness of it or not, the reality with you all along has been that you could not possibly have been engaging more openly or persistently in projecting your own flaws, failings, bad attitudes and bad behaviors onto others with whom you disagree or have otherwise come to be at odds -- you and you alone are the source of the 'pollution' at issue here -- and rather than showing any sign of ever even acknowledging, let alone in any sense trying to take responsibility for and correct, your own flaws, failings, bad attitudes and bad behaviors, you continue to lash out making personal attacks on others as you continue to try to lay the blame for your current predicament on anyone but yourself

zit, whether you ever 'get' it or admit it or not, this situation you now find yourself in has nothing whatsoever to do with your 'free speech' or with any aspect of your point of view on anything, or for that matter with any purported 'liberal agenda' -- instead, it has absolutely everything to do with your continuing manifest refusal (if not outright inability) to even recognize and admit that you have been, let alone to stop being, such a miserable jackass in the way you conduct yourself here on iHub
