New pieces of information from questions asked:

There is a potential to establish/spinoff, a South American subsidiary to a group of private investors.

Stephen explained the Union Dental code translation from ISO to American transaction codes and potential benefits for American insurers.

We are looking for certain finance types of arrangements, mostly for international expansion. We can do it on partnerships via license or we can set up our own subsidiaries in other countries.

On the POS side, our software is inside the POS.

The Insurer client is responsible for card (magnetic stripe) issuance.

We have a relationship with Bearing Point, a tender with a government entity for a smart card which can carry more bits of information than on a magnetic stripe.

Laurie Burstein, fund manager for Roxbury Micro-Cap Fund, was on the panel of the Arch Investment conference on Tuesday. She had one of her analysts come up to NYC for the Wednesday presentation at ValueRich. Imo, you don't call for the "number-crunching" expertise of your analysts unless you want to get into some serious "tire-kicking".

Representatives from Citigroup made some inquiries.

A second meeting with H.C. Wainwright occurred.

Where I heard the company recently talk about a $2-3 million raise they stated this week that they seek $5 million. I believe their opportunities for international expansion have accelerated.

Tobin Smith spent some time after the Tuesday presentation asking questions, indicating, according to OTC FN's IR rep, a deeper interest in TNSX.
