latecloser...

These are the reasons that I feel that the recent buying activity has nothing to do with Stock Patrols letter.

1) The O/S are the same as of yesterday (per the T/A) as reported in the last 10Q. If this was an attempt by the company to pump and dump shares I would expect dilution.

2) I don't know anyone else that received the e-mail that Stock Patrol claims to have gotten. If this was an intentional pump, why haven't others gotten it? It would only make sense to send it to a massive network.

3) As I stated before about the accumulation. There is a buyer that steps in at no particular time in the day using NITE to buy shares. This has been at least for 3 days since I've been watching. Stock Patrol claims that this e-mail was sent to 'them' on Thursday yet the buying activity that I've noticed hasn't changed.

This is what I've noticed for the past 3 days as far as the buying activity.

For Example:

Yesterday the buyer didn't show up until 13:25:25. He uses NITE and comes in with a large bid and sits there.

See the time and sales here.

Thursday a heavy buyer came in @ .015 (thats when I grabed some and a little more @ .017). It ran up to .027 then went down to .019 x .20. The buyer through NITE shows up again and put a bit up @ .02, some large blocks go off @ .20 then NITE just stays ancored there suckin up more @ the bid (over 1M more).

Wednesday, the buyer ran the show all day. This was the first day that I monitored the activity.

If this buying was related to this pump e-mail, wouldn't the buyer have stopped buying Friday?
