"MMIC" ... WARNING ....

Talked with "MMIC" CEO Wilbert this morning .....

After talking I sold my entire position ....

One thing I hate is a CEO who is diluting on good news ....

He has a reputation for it ......

Yes the O/S of 126M on Mon has increased ...

He didn't even have the new figures ......

Everytime you buy up .. He sells you out ...

He says he wants to be debt free by the end of the year ...

I talked with him on not diluting until contract revenue comes in and geting a base of about .05 in process having to sell less shares diluting investors ....

He said .. he needed the money now to cover cost because contract would take some time and he thought it would be better for investors in the long run geting in at a lower price for future gains ...

He said he is working on contracts and can expect a PR in 2 weeks because he is now preparing his workers & family for Rita ...........

I asked him about giving the transfer agent the rights to give investors the share count .. The transfer agent was told not to give out the share count ....

He said the board of directors decided it was in the best regards to the company not to give out the share count ...

I have to warn you .. "MMIC" has 3B Authorized Shares ...
