Thanks for the greetings. Actually looking at the recent weather patterns in the mid east, I can see the window of opportunity expanding to very early April. Note that this year, temperatures in the region are much lower than usual, that could means that spring will be late. Because of the political situation, and the desire of the administration to get as much international support as possible, Saddam gifts of delaying the blow by smart tactical and public relation moves, Turkey's delay in authorizing the deployment of forces from their territory and a bunch of other factors, indicate to me that delay is more likely than an attack starting this weekend or during next week.
As for the market reaction, a big question is how much of the post attack rally has already been discounted, I think a lot might have.
