ILCO - Chart says it's going higher...imo. Broke every major MA, all indicators positive, pps consolidating well above 200ma, stochastic in power-range so, since it's trending, stokes will stay buried in overbought range... don't see this going lower than 006 before next leg up...to 02!...gltah
