Janice - I think that would be an excellent approach

"The thrust of the story should be the incompetence of the brokerages, the SEC, and the NASD when faced with a problem they don't know how to deal with.

I believe the majority of the complaints posted on this board have focused on these exact things.

So you plan on using BCIT and GVRP as examples of how the "system" fails the very people they are meant to protect?

Now THAT sounds like a Rolling Stone article....
