LoL. Tele is wrong. Look at the VTI filings and you will a company over years getting closer to the brink of bust. That was Phil's private company that he 'ran' before he found a way to shift the risk to penny stock speculators through an RM. You can find the inside numbers on VTI in a 2002 NMKT 8-K.

TODAY's 8-K was a BOMBSHELL and wake-up call. No one likes the SEC sniffing around. That would and should scare investors. The numbers were wrong. Period. He can spin it anyway he wants.

But, the insider numbers on the Q were scary.

Look at all those 2005 conversions. Lossing lawsuits (or settling) and paying in stock. Missing debt payments with 100,000 share penalties.

Those common share conversions are INCREDIBLE and DILUTIVE and no one on this board does anything but SHRUG.

You will never hear Telephonics ponder as to why Phil will NOT DISCLOSE the terms of the VTI loan contracts.

Yet, he watches the dilution, the share price crash from $1.35 and he is HAPPY AS HELL!

LoL
