NEW YORK, NY, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Biotelemetric Signaling, Inc. (BTLGF.PK) is pleased to announce today that it will forward split its common stock on a 5 to 1 basis pursuant to a stock dividend of 4 additional shares of Common Stock for each currently outstanding share, payable to holders of record on December 23, 2005.
Along with this the company is continuing with its proposed name change to Flirty Girl International Inc. and re-domiciling to the state of Nevada.
As previously announced the company has acquired the franchising rights for the United States and worldwide infomercial rights for stripaerobics and pole dancing rights from Flirty Girl Fitness, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Flirty Girl Fitness is currently opening their upscale 5500 square foot anchor location in Toronto, Ontario. They provide the latest in Striptease aerobics and pole dancing. This new fitness craze is the latest trend to come out of Hollywood. Many celebrities, including Oprah Winfrey, Teri Hatcher, Demi Moore, and Darryl Hannah rave about the benefits of striptease aerobics. BTLGF is currently in the process of changing its name to reflect its new core business in the entertainment industry.
