Not only will the provider (in this case, dental practices) have their claims submitted, evaluated for eligibility, and adjudicated (for promise of payment) online in real time with the insurer, but a third party will authorize direct crediting to the provider's bank account within 24-36 hours. Normal time frames for receipt of payment average 60-90 days!

The TNSX program for claim adjudication costs less for insurers than current non-realtime claim processing.
