First, it isn't SNYY that is giving free shares, it is FCDH, and they aren't free shares--FCDH paid for them by selling their investment in two of their holdings to SNYY in exchange for SNYY shares. Second, regarding the $2,500 cash payment--you conveniently failed to mention that the payment was from an independant 3rd party. It didn't cost either of the companies anything. And even if the companies had paid, cash is certainly much better than paying with shares. You need to learn to appreciate good things when you see them rather than bending them to meet you biased agenda.
