Sputty you worry about things I don't....having as much business experience as I do when I read these lawsuits I know that folks aren't stupid and don't want the what they perceive as the 'offending party' to go under and they resolve these just like oxygen did.....you can file suit against a turnip but that's all you'll get. Most savvy business folks see through these lawsuits very quickly....they are mostly communication vehicles that make the voice a little louder and generally in the end all gets resolved. I focus on more important things when it comes to QTN....launch, carriers, carriage, advertisers, syndication, national market, international market, guests, programs, new guests, new programs.....lots of great stuff there to focus on. I don't focus on something that I know will get resolved....
