I just spoke to the company and was told that they will not disclose the structure anymore, and it would be in the quarterly report. Red Flag? I was given the name only of the T/A but it was explained to me further, that the T/A cannot release that info either without MOTG consent.
Is anyone here aware of a gag on the T/A?
