How big of role did Foreign Stocks play in our stockpicking of this contest. Since there were numerous people that wanted foreign stocks to be allowed, and for this contest we gave in to the inclusion of foreign stocks in the contest. The question that needs to be asked how many people picked foreign stocks.

The Answer.

24/88 people picked foreign stocks, which equals at a clip at 27.27% of the people picked at least one foreign stock.

Now out of those 24 people there were 52 votes for foreign stocks, which means an average of 2.17 stocks foreign stocks were picked by each person.

Distribution of votes:
1 foreign stock picked by person in pick six: 12
2 foreign stock picked by person in pick six: 5
3 foreign stock picked by person in pick six: 2
4 foreign stock picked by person in pick six: 1
5 foreign stock picked by person in pick six: 4
6 foreign stock picked by person in pick six: 0

What does all this mean? Probably not much, but I thought people would appreciate how foreign stocks affect the stock picking of this contest. It does probably mean one thing though that the international stocks are taking away votes (obviously) from the domestic stocks, which means you will find some stocks that you thought would have been picked that weren't simply because 9.85% of the total number of picks went to foreign stocks. anyways later.
