1) I don't think he has to report when he gets the money, he already did in the 8k.
2) I hope Huff doesn't respond to this piece of dung because there is nothing worth responding to.
3) Wasn't Leinwand the lawyer that Seth was bashing in the first place, who excercised 810k shares mostly at $3.65 today?
4) I think docs was right when he postulated that there is a severe shortage of shares (30k shareholders that have less than 2500 shares on average ?) and that maybe Seth and/or MF have some other motives.


Dilution knows no bottom, greed knows no top.
