For those that don't frequent the RB. Mailman is a very reliable source. Message from Tim.

I emailed Tim the article and asked him for a response .
TIM's Response:
XXXXXX,
He is a hack and has done no due diligence on the matters that he writes about.
I have had at least 20 emails from Seth and it is becoming clear that he has an agenda.
Why would he not take us up on the offer to interview us professionally or come in and talk to our people directly?
He seeks out issues that are related to events before the current management became involved or he finds a kernel of truth and spins a totally false story on that single basis. The best way to beat these guys is to perform.
Our Colombia deal involves the President of the Country, he doesn’t mention that, the CGI issue was before our involvement and ultimately the company was found to have broken no rules.
It was a single individual that was in question in Australia and had nothing to do with us nor the current management of CGI.
The fact that we are doing the network in Russia instead of other large companies, well we have what no one else has, the DECT, Wimax and WiFi in one box.
Show me someone that does and I will shut up. At the end of the day he is one guy who seems to want to write without researching all the facts. Here is an email from Seth showing his background and other issues raised. Seth has no financial background, no telecommunication background and holds an Art History Degree. He even says that GlobeTel sure sounds like the real thing but has done no real due diligence to prove the outlandish claims and far reaches that he has printed.
I have included his email below. This email came after his first article was released. I offered him to come in and do his research and then write his story but he continues to dig up issues that he totally spins out of the context that they are in to prove a point that he hasn’t professionally researched. Let him be and in a very short timeframe, we will show who we are and what we can do.
Regards,

Never heard of him either.
By the way, can you tell me about your experience in the telecommunication sector or as an investment analyst?

Sure, I'm an individual investor who's always on the lookout for great investment ideas, and also on the lookout for things to avoid. I write for the Motley Fool, have been doing so for a couple of years. I watch networking at telecom a lot, though I don't often find great ideas there. Tends to be, as you know, a lot of promise without much reward.
That's why I hope to find out if GlobeTel is the real thing or not. Sure sounds like it from your press releases, but it's really tough to square the promises with reality when basic information on the overseas partners is lacking.
Is there a name for this Luxembourg joint venture company?
