The boy Seth who cried wolf. As mentioned, this time Seth has thrown everything at GTE, including that discarded kitchen sink dredged from the swamp out back. Despite the boy's vicious, disjointed ravings, stock refuses to die. That telegraphs to the market, this is the real deal.

Seth cried wolf twice lately. Next time no one will believe him.
