Holdingthebag, a few points I think make for good, healthy debate. 1st, I do acknowledge the current differences between the 2 companies. At this time, neither is able to transfer to an iPod. (IMO, MediaMax is ready and the most qualified to meet this).
MediaMax, again IMHO will also get the same Spyware Free (or Spyware Safe) designation.
MediaMax has been field tested (perhaps the MOST tested) and for all intensive purposes even with the recent situation, an extremely low, almost non-existant problem rate AND if you do believe what issues that do need to be addressed will be done so satisfactorily you may have a product with NO problems.
I do know that MediaMax has also undergone extensive 3rd party and industry analysis and I feel has scored the highest on many, if not all fronts.
DRM is indeed a highly important area for the entire industry and is not going away, but WILL be a bigger part of their products.
IMO, MediaMax will overcome difficulties and obstacles that have been thrown at them, and "created" towards them and will be better and stronger in the end.

I know waiting is the hardest part.
Also, I predict a "professional" Public / Investor relations person is in the future.
