Re: SRPI financing and merger/acquisitions thru ACP. I just see a good setup here, especially with ACP watching their back while owning the Stock Transfer Company, so the naked shorting doesn't kill their shareholder value like at so many other otc's.
Of course its impossible to tell, but I don't see any preferred stock laying around making the commons expendable either. That means ol' Joe Insider needs the stock price up to make bank too. It also means he doesn't want any toxic convertible screwing up his equity stake... and if there was some bad financing already in here, the stock would not have stopped trading at .12 in January, it would have dropped to .01 and gone below... Anyway, I don't think they could have done any major financing deals involving stock with their shares trading unsolicited...
With SRPI bizness connections and million-dollar deals already setup since last August, especially with the sucessful FLAUSA OJ launch, they could have the nut hand when it comes down to setting up any mergers and financing deals that ACP brings to them...
MERGERS I mean... if you are a potential merger company with a good product but no exposure, here you can let SRPI buy you out and they can slap that FLAUSA label on da product, get you instant shelf space, and then have it selling like hotcakes in just weeks! Yeah, SRPI has the nuts so you have to play ball on THEIR terms... you get paid with restricted stock that you can redeem for cash later when SRPI is trading on the NAZ at $10 a share.
FINANCING Likewise on financing deals, SRPI is not coming in begging like most start-ups. They're coming in like Bill Gates with Windows in 1985: SRPI got Jeb Bush and the State of Florida, DOD, Kroger, Korea Walmart, Hughes, and the smiling face of Jesus shining down on them. IMO, if they have the nuts like I think they do, people will be lining up to throw money AT them(ala SPEA plus Elvis), not trying to extract money FROM them.
Now hows that for a good bunch of hype! The offshore rogue traders and Costa Rican promoters/bulk emailers are lovin' it... all they could come up with was OJ Futures and Jim Rogers!
I think there's enough hype to break it loose from the .12 base come Monday AM. What happens next then we shall see...
