Greetings...just came across this thread and thought I'd chime in a little.
First...I too am currently an empty bagholder of NTEK and the spinoffs.

I call Barney ever so often (probably about 3 times over the past 6-7 years) and apparently he's still dealing with the effects of his bad health.

He did express his desire to try and clean things up again by going back to the Bankruptcy court for some kind of relief that would put the shareholders and the companies in a better position moving forward.
He felt as if it would take too much time and resources that he doesn't have to bring justice to the accounting people and would make it difficult to hire anyone after that, even if he did win.

The information at the link below allows for a little bit of the problems he's been dealing with over the years. When the people you pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to do things like what is described below...it's no wonder things are as screwed up as they are.

Wake up Barney Richmond! Why don't you do something with all these shells that all us long term holders still have in our accounts. Why don't you try creating shareholder value. Do something. Sell them. They are in huge demand. MJ is hot and businesses everywhere are looking for shells. This is the beginning of a huge industry. You could sell all of them quickly. What more could you want? Timing is perfect. Why spend all that money for nothing? The first
'go around" didn't go as planned and ecec paid the price but you still have all those clean shells with great share structures just sitting there. The time is "now" to make a move.

Dabbler5: It means that eCom-eCom is no longer a public company. Shareholders still own ECEC shares but the shares can never be traded since ECEC's registration is now revoked.

PS that paint at the bid at close was below my partial and I didn't cancel my remaining order to buy .006 ... I definitely think someone wants more shares at this lvl.

Hopefully this will now slowly creep on accumulation.

I've held some ECEC for over 5 years now. I want old highs ! hahahaha

anyways, WATCH THE DOLLAR VOLUME.

holding for multi pennies with some luck we can hit that on momentum and then some depending on what they have in store.

here's hoping.

No I haven't called. Noticing that Benjamin Hieder is a consultant for the green energy group inc and he seems to have an extensive background in oil and gas. Imo, Having him as a consultant along with the name change suggests some kind merger is in the works.
