It looks like the two main cogs of this site have landed in GREAT stock plays, this is very very fun indeed... I encourage any and everyone to check out LDIT and read the PR on Jan 8th, its pretty revolutionary to hear a penny stock promising no toxic funding.

Very pleased with the share structure. I've seen stocks with far worse share structures (GZFX, RSHN, etc.) make it to 1 cent, so this thing could easily make it there in the near future.

there was a meeting Tuesday last week in Natchez that was supposed to be a day of demo/meetings...

it stretched into several days: then there was no PR released at all. The host companies (USSE and SSTP) are in Natchez, MS.

I want everyone to read this. Our loyal shareholders and our not so loyal shareholders who know who you are!
I was asked a question What is happening? and this was my reply:

This company has been in the process of obtaining financing (to finalize the DKL deal and have enough funds to bring the EColi to market) from certain wealthy individuals. These individuals have intentional forced the share price down to cut themselves a better deal. NNSR has sought out alternative financing and will proceed without them. For taking part in the last private placement these individuals have to now be offered the same deal and they are not happy. They where trying to steal the company. This is a good company with a great product with a hard working CEO and VP. I want them to succeed.

There is a group out of Florida hoping to do the financing package. The financing package is based on the current trading share price of NNSR.One individual had 13 million and the other group has 30 million at this rate they should be out very soon and the share price will rise.

Looks like IF they cannot steal the company by destroying the PPS and leveraging owning MORE for the funding, they will NOT accept the terms for the "substitute financing" that was more generous to NNSR so they will dump their shares in ONE LAST tantrum to hurt NNSR.

Well, it is not going to work...

apparently one of the ring leaders in this is an OLD-TIMEY tennis great whose name appears on the list of top shareholders that has been posted here and on iHub... his name is Seguso.

At the current PPS is does not take a lot to buy large numbers of shares... and this stock WILL soar once the deals are done and funding is in place. Your risk/reward ration is fantastic here.

Now consider either buying 100K shares next week, it will cost you $350 plus trading costs... CHUMP CHANGE! and WHEN this is at 0.10, you'll have $10 GRAND to show for that CHUMP CHANGE!

I'd say it is almost inevitable that you will win on this play...

Think about INCREMENTS of that $350 for 100K shares, AND THEN THINK ABOUT how many increments of $10,000 you'd like to have...

Just under a thousand dollars will get you $30,000 >>>>

and probably a whole lot more.

All that is standing in the way of rising PPS is taking out the approx. 43 million shares that the "Florida weenies" are dumping now that they cannot steal the company! We are talking about a mere $100,500 to buy all their shares! All we need is for 100 people to buy $1000 worth of NNSR! A thousand dollar bet to return $30K... think about it!



Maybe that is why I have my million+ shares and will continue to buy more at these low prices.

I believe you on the potential for UWRL, I got back in at .0023, and am holding for the next run. I know you dont beleive there is much of a resistance there, but I am a little worried at the continued drop from the 50 MA, as it is a mental block for traders... Might be flip time again when it gets to .0032 or so. Thanks for the info and DD, always extremely valueable! Here's hoping fun times are ahead for UWRL. I'm enjoying watching it and paper trading it! (sorry it took so long to respond)

ahh but young grasshoper, look beyond the bid whackers and see the truth..

The problem UWRL faces is that "flippers" are content with quick gains. UWRL is very thinly traded and thus does not have solid support. A very small trade can drop it rather quickly. There are those who have the patience and understand low float dynamics. The stock touched a "mental" resistance and thus traders took profits. The truth tho is that there realy is no resistance. Least we forget it took a measly $10,000 to push it well over 60% in a matter of 30 mins. Now think whats going to happen when the company posts it's audits. Keep in mind, this company has $13M in assets, $5M in equity and $3.5M in annual revenues. Now yes, the stock did not break .004. But try buying a decent position tommorrow and watch how little you get ;)

UWRL Nailed the resistance call at .0040, notice how on the chart how it continued to have trouble getting over the 50 day MA? I'm not saying the stock wont continue to run, but it wasnt going to get over on the first try, so it was a perfect time to sell. Apparently enough people agreed, so there it is now at .0027.

Looking to make a return to the market with real money soon. UWRL looks interesting, has a low share structure, about 51 million O/S, could be fun, might spell my return from paper trading. Chad (Charlatan) has been pretty good when it comes to swing trades, and those have always been my favorite types of trades, being I'm still trying to improve at day trading type of tactics. May put in a buy order for UWRL at .0020 and then see what happens. Sorry I've been so quiet, as my work schedual was kinda crazy for awhile there. I was putting in a sell on TCX for a minor profit so I could move on and, and, the damn thing sold before my order had finished processing!! My agony in this is that it means the MMs were hungry for shares which can only mean something good is coming down the pipes.

Whew... the markets can be so cruel and try patience sooo much!

I'm wondering what I own that is going to move for me first, best, or at all. Some days are just like that. Or is it what I'm holding as some of my spec plays... NMKT, USSE, SSTP, ACMG, and NNSR. Trying to out guess them is a no win situation, for sure.

I'm beginning to think the one that will move first for me has been an unlikely candidate, but... should be getting so close to some news and it did bump up 33% so I am adding to my position in NNSR. This stock is ridiculously cheap (0.004) just now for a clean OTCBB stock. There is news due almost anytime on the horizon for it, and it should move when any news is finalized.

NNSR is on the brink of several good things that are going to be coming to pass.

It has its own e-coli detector in 3rd party field trials now awaiting enough use to be statistically significant to validate the effectiveness. The market for this product should be very large. Also, this little company is going to have products from an acquisition (probably) by the middle of the summer at the latest, DKL Laboratories. Its product was used in the post-911 rescue efforts.

There is no doubt that they are working hard to get things done. They will have good news to announce just as soon as all the details are worked out. I have great respect for the academic credentials of the program and personnel at Michigan State University which have been the research incubator for the licensed technology that NNSR is using.

Once they cross these last few hurdles, this stock is going to move up, and the bargain prices that exist today will not be repeated. This stock has a very low float, and it will not take much to send it upward now that the large block of shares that were dumped are off the market.

It is NOT a momo play yet, but I'd rather own it now at this price and be onboard when the momo players move in and play their game.

NNSR's basic value will STILL be here when they have come and gone... and it will be a lot higher. Get all you can afford now... and sell some shares to the momo players at a profit when they discover it if you want, then the rest of your ride can be free!

I'm going to be adding more myself today... and every chance I have with new funds right up until the time NNSR begins moving UP!

RMDN a POS, the management is clearly as crooked as it gets! They dilute for months, dropping the price from .0015 to .0001. Then, they pull a 1-40 reverse split, which then opens the price at .002 I believe, if not higher... Now the POS is back at .0005... talk about pure crooked b.s. The R/S was only like 2 months ago, what an absolute joke.. the management of this company is 100% crooked.

Looks like a strong outfit with good profits and revenue, I just can't get stockcharts.com to add it to their symbol list.

IPOd in mid August on the otcbb, since January it's gone from .18 to .70. I'm not the best at DD so I rely on my charts, but stockcharts doesn't have it.

Well after a few hours I bumped my bid up to a million shares and still no takers.

Now I'm wondering why they have no released financials or SEC filings. What with CMKX diamonds and now CKYS cyberkey being uncovered as frauds, I'm getting more hesitant about non reporting pinkies.

I tried blackoutmedia.com because it's in their PRs, but only got a 'coming soon' page.

Is it real? Have you read anybody over there saying they actually saw the program? I've been trying to DD some proof that they exist, but it's eluding me.

Looks like the MMs are only buying on the twos and selling on the threes, oh well, at least my NMKT is having fun today!
