Now do they? Huh?

As a rule most US companies start out on

an exchange in the US then

if they have problems with the SEC

the company runs off to a Canadian Exchange

[This smells of a con big time..]

and from the start a PK..

and put their incorporation in Nevada

Now here is the cold truth..IMO

They need money to build their units

and Pay to their fee to "AVTX" on every unit..

and they are going to Fleece the

first round of investors to get

the investment money.

Then this will be where I buy in at 0.004

Then NGLE.OB will shoot to $2 or $3 a share..
