TO ALL CKYS SHAREHOLDERS....

Copy and past the following to your own letter and fax it to you
Congressman, I sent mine just now. I am also rewording it and sending other
variations to groups that support small businesses as well as the SEC.
Bottom line attract attention to the situation. Send a copy to all your
email groups of interest. Do not email this to your congressman because he
or she may not utilize electronic methods of technology....my Congressman is
fairly old and can handle a fax machine....besides leave a paper trail.

Congressman XXXXXX,

Recently the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has
suspended stock trading on a small and thriving business which I own
considerable interest in under the trade name of CyberKey Solutions (CKYS)
of St. Cloud, Utah. This company also has claims to be doing business as a
contractor with the US Government Department of Homeland Security and
military supplying digital encryption data storage products. I have a
strong belief that there is a group of foreign interests that would stand to
benefit from an orchestrated effort to achieve in this companies demise. I
am of opinion these interests are abusing the complaint system provided by
the SEC by filing false claims or accusations. By making these claims and
manipulating the SEC into taking investigative action such an action is sure
to cause the companies stock price to plummet even if the outcome of the
allegations are trivial or non founded. I would like to ask you involvement
and assistance with the following:

1.) Does the SEC initiate action on its own toward issues or does the SEC
respond to outside sources or both?

2.) Does the SEC accept, investigate and take action on complaints from
individuals that are not from within the US, and\or involving a company is
not in operation outside the US or having foreign origin or ties?

3.) Can copies or records of the actual complaints that were issued to the
SEC from outside sources or individuals be obtained through the Open Records
process or through my Government Representative (your office) or both?

4.) Is the SEC exempt from the Freedom on Information act whereas I may
obtain records through self directed means?

I would like to ask your assistance in further pursuing and rectifying the
above matter. Additionally I would like to discuss your position and
involvement toward correcting what I believe to be an outdated Reporting and
Investigative procedure that has well known negative affects especially when
it involves false claims toward small business community. By making such a
false allegation this can trigger a major abuse of the SEC Investigative
process causing unnecessary disruptions and financial distress not only to
the companies involved but the very stockholders the system is designed to
protect. In summary and speaking from small business owners prospective,
this is like training an ant with a steamroller and expecting pleasurable
results no matter what the findings may be. I forward this request to you
and ask for you support to the small business community.

Please contact me regarding this matter. I can be reached at (XXX)
XXX-XXXX.

Sincerely,

Knowles
