Has started and shareholder verification is underway.
We will no longer be posting individual share counts and they will not be available upon request. We will only post handles (in alphanumeric order) with “confirmed” out to the side of those who have satisfied and confirmed the below mentioned.
We are now asking for all shareholders continued participation in “proving up” your shares. In order to do so we are asking to have a statement either faxed or scanned into E-Mail and forwarded to an account that we created. We will not answer any questions sent to the E-Mail account. We are not asking for and do not want account information such as names, addresses or the price you paid for your shares so remove anything of controversy that is sent to us. We are only looking to have share counts under the form of a bank\broker statement with everything blacked out of concern except share count and share\ticker symbol, screen shots are acceptable. The only identifying mark is we ask shareholders to have their handle clearly written on the statement. Statements sent will not be made available to anyone.
We are posting along side the "un-audited" total an "audited" or proven share count total as we receive those statements.
Those shareholders that did not participate in the phase I process are encouraged to do so now. Please provide your handle and proof of holding at the same time on one form. Additionally those shareholders that were concerned about having there share count made public will not have any more concern, we have proven our point, therefore we encourage everyone to post. The confirmed listing will show handles in alphanumeric order and "confirmed" beside the handle, nothing else.
We welcome large account holders to participate because it allows step II to proceed faster!!!!!
Our Intent:
All shareholders are well aware by now that the un-audited float published here on this site exceeds the float that has been provided by the company. Given the vastness of the market place we cannot believe that the shares that were provided through this forum are reflective of all the shares contained in the float.
CyberKey's Role:
Assuming Jim Plant is being true to his word and form then it is obvious we have identified discrepancy in the float. The company has reported through individual conversations and\or through postings on their Web Site a different picture than what is being show in this forum. This discrepancy could point toward an unidentifiable amount of “naked shorting” or “fake shares”. To help further identify this discrepancy and bring this out into the open we ask all shareholders to do your part and prove up!

To have the majority of the confirmations available for posting on or before market open on Tuesday, February 20, 2007.

Both your transfer agent and IR firm should be able to advise you on the effectiveness of combating naked shorts by changing CUSIP numbers, reverse mergers, and/or reverse splits. Although the long-term effectiveness of these strategies is questionable, it may be useful as part of a larger strategy to deter naked shorting. After changing your company’s CUSIP number, for instance, all existing stock certificates must be exchanged for new ones. All issued and outstanding certificates from old shares will no longer represent an interest in the company until exchanged. This may be more trouble than it’s worth, however. Once the new shares are in circulation, there’s nothing to stop a new round of naked shorting by determined parties. Such tactics may represent a small part of an overall strategy to reduce naked shorting interest in your company.

US regulators are about to take their first legal action against a hedge fund involved in the controversial practice of "naked short selling", whose critics say it distorts the stock market and drives down company share prices.
Shorting will become a dead practice
