SUCCESS AT MILIPOL, PARIS, FRANCE
Identa Corp recently participated in Milipol Expo in Paris, La Bourget, France, 18-21 November 2003. This was the first time that IDENTA participated in an event of such caliber. The IDENTA new and unique products were displayed on the Groupe J.M. Security Consultants (through Jean-Marc Delacroix, CEO and owner of the company) of Versailles's stand at Milipol.
During the exhibition, hundreds of people visited the stand for the sole purpose of learning about the IDENTA DDFT (Drug Detector Field Test) first hand. The IDENTA staff demonstrated to the audience the unique features of the IDENTA DDFT.
The visitor consisted of law enforcement officers (police, customs, etc.) as well as owners and representatives of major suppliers to the Legal Law Enforcement.
Strong ties have now been established between IDENTA and 36 companies specializing in the supply of equipment to Legal Law Enforcement. The companies are based in 30 different countries, from Europe, the Far East, the Middle East, and Africa.
IDENTA is currently in the process of negotiating Distributorship Agreement with those 36 companies with the view to establishing ongoing commercial activities in those 30 countries.
The IDENTA DDFT and presentations were welcomed with great enthusiasm and excitement, as it is clear that the products are fulfilling an immediate and urgent need for the different Legal Law Enforcement.
Due to the amazing response to the appearance in the Exhibition, it is IDENTA's intention to participate in the major Law Enforcement exhibitions worldwide, focusing on the American market.

CVS FIRST PURCHASE ORDER
Identa Corp is pleased to announce that it has received an initial purchase order from CVS/pharmacy, the largest drugstore chain in the world. CVS has over 4,000 stores across the United States and in other countries as well.
The Company has received this order after a six-month negotiation process. CVS plans to offer the products to the public via its Web site, www.cvs.com. The order is for the four different drug detection kits produced by Identa, namely for identifying cocaine/crack, heroin, marijuana/hashish and ecstasy. The total order is for 420 kits, at a value of over $8,000.
Identa views this order as a significant milestone in an entirely new market - the civilian market. Until now, the general population has not been able to use kits manufactured by other companies as they only enabled approximation of the presence of drugs. Other kits return many false positives, and each test must be verified through expensive laboratory tests.
The kits designed by Identa do away completely with false positives, eliminating the need for laboratory tests. This enables consumers to check the substance suspected of being a drug and receive a trustworthy answer within a very short timeframe - in real time, without hassles and at a low cost.
Identa is also pleased to announce that it is currently negotiating with other chains in the United States and the UK with regard to the sale of its products.

South Africa : South African Police Service Forensic Laboratory has issued a positive report to be added to similar reports from around the world ( North Miami Beach Police Department- Florida,Israel, to name but a few).

Yaacov Shoham, CEO of Identa Corp., has been invited by IPD to participate in a series of important demonstrations and presentations to law enforcement, businesses and educational institutions in the US.
Identa Corp. has announced its intention to increase its level of activities in the US market during the year of 2004. For that purpose, it has signed a distribution agreement with International Product Development (IPD), headed by Ruth Radnan-Skibin. Due to the enthusiastic response from potential customers, IPD has invited Mr. Shoham to participate in a series of important demonstrations and presentations to leaders in law enforcement, education and certain businesses in the US. Mr. Shoham is arriving in NY on January 7th, 2004 and will be meeting with a number of interested parties. He will use this time to train IPD and its US network in preparation for the increase in commercial activities anticipated during 2004.
IPD is developing product awareness and industry knowledge through its planned participation in regional and national events throughout the United States. Anti-drug and governmental associations have been targeted; Mr. Shoham and IPD are in the process of establishing the marketing platform necessary to bring the Identa Drug Detection Field Tests (DDFT) into the field with the goal of making the products the de-facto industry standard.
Discussions are also taking place with a number of retail chains with the view to placing the retail version of the DDFT on the shelves.

A successful business trip to New York opens new avenues for Identa Corp.

1.Following a series of successful meetings set by International Product Development, LLC (IPD), a well known New York academic institution has approved a Masters Thesis validating the Identa DDFT (Drug Detection Field Tests). It is expected that the research will commence within a month.
2.A meeting and a demonstration to the Legal Law Enforcement took place on Friday; Jan. 9th, 2004. On Sunday, a training session took place at the IPD offices to prepare IPD and its distributors for the busy times ahead. Douglas Kabat of US Health Tests (www.ushealthtests.com), IPD's newly appointed exclusive distributor for Upstate NY, was invited to the training session.
3.Yaacov was invited to attend a telephone interview with a reporter from www.wallst.net. The interview was conducted on Tuesday, Jan. 13th, 2004 and is expected to appear on the wallst.net website this week.
4.Identa has been in negotiations with a major Public Relations firm in New York and Yaacov Shoham is expected to sign the agreement with the company in the near future.
