and who is it that i discovered is "IR" for AXGR?

the "mastermind" behind MJXC/MJXX, CYTP/CYTL, AMFR/AFRC/AFRR, IGTT/IDGE, ARSN/ARSW, BUGS, et al

[i will "reserve" my opinion of the individual]

as it turns out, D&R Crane [the company taking over this shell], is a real company, as confirmed by several third party sources, and has been in business for some time
[i question if jody regan, the owner of D&R, is aware of what he's got himself into]

also discovered is the new TA, [interwest]
OS is 14.6M [of which 10M is newly issued and restricted, as per recent filing]
which means approx. 2M other new shares have been issued since the last filing
so the maximum freetrading is 4.6M, but probably lower

at current SP, market cap is only $650K
why SP was "allowed" to collapse on modest volume is a "mystery"
imo anyone that was able to snag some shares the past few days could be in really good shape
BUT, be aware of the history of AWI/FAZ

will be a trip to see how this develops
